Consultations

Once a consultation has been held, the fee is non-refundable. The time and preparation have been given to your project.

Rescheduling: you can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice by replying to your confirmation email. Sessions missed or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are treated as used.

Cancelling: UK consumer law gives you 14 days from booking to cancel, as long as your consultation has not yet taken place, and we will refund you in full within 14 days. If you ask for your session to take place within those 14 days, your right to cancel ends once it has been held. After the 14-day period, bookings can be rescheduled but not refunded.

The Spec Book

Digital purchases are delivered immediately. By completing your order you agree to immediate delivery, and you lose the right to cancel once your download has started. If there is a problem with your file, contact us and we will put it right.
